On January 11th, 2023, the Director of RCI attended the 4th National Conference Term 2023-2028 held by SEARAV in Hanoi.
During the event, RCI was awarded as one of the units with excellent achievements in the Southeast Asian Research Association of Vietnam (SEARAV).
