This year’s theme, “Acting Together to Help People with Disabilities Access and Live Independently,” was supported by people with disabilities and carers in the Phu Vang district. The event aimed to raise awareness and understanding of disability issues, recognise the contributions and achievements of people with disabilities and encourage and promote support for their rights and welfare.

At the event, officials from disability organisations and persons with disabilities shared real tales about their circumstances, ambitions to improve, and contributions to local socioeconomic activities.
