The Research Center for Inclusion (RCI) is a science and technology organization licensed by the Ministry of Science and Technology of Viet Nam. It operates under the Southeast Asian Research Association of Viet Nam (SEARAV).
RCI builds on the experience, partnerships, and achievements of its predecessor organization, the Netherlands Leprosy Relief (NLR), which has worked in Viet Nam for 35 years. RCI implements programs and projects supporting persons with disabilities in areas such as sexual and reproductive health and sexuality education, inclusive education, rehabilitation and community-based care, career orientation, job placement support, and the promotion of social inclusion.
