Objectives:
(1) Enhance Sexual & Reproductive Health (SRH) knowledge and skills for youths with disabilities
(2) Build capacity for caregivers and service providers in knowledge and skills related to SRH
(3) Strengthen SRH Education for youths with disabilities, especially in schools.
Duration: 1/2022 - 03/2024
Implementing organization: Research Center for Inclusion (RCI) in collaboration with the Departments of Education and Training of Quang Tri and Dak Lak provinces
Project area:
- Quang Tri Province: Hai Lang, Cam Lo, Trieu Phong and Dong Ha City
- Dak Lak Province: Krong Pak, Krong Ana, Buon Don and Buon Ma Thuot City
- Hue City
Components:
(1) Develop materials and documents
(2) Hold capacity training for partners, service providers (teachers, health workers), parents, youths with disabilities and their caregivers
(3) Communication activities to raise awareness for the community
(4) Conduct research, survey and organize result sharing workshop
(5) Policy Advocacy
