Inclusion 1 Project Closing Video

The project “Improving the quality of life of persons with disabilities in provinces sprayed with Agent Orange” (Inclusion 1 Project) was implemented in Quang Tri Province, Hue City, and Da Nang City with funding from the United States Government. The project was managed by the National Action Center for Toxic Chemicals and Environmental Treatment (NACCET) under the Ministry of National Defence, through the Center for Creative Initiatives in Health and Population (CCIHP) as the grant management organization.

The AAI Alliance, led by the Research Center for Inclusion (RCI), was selected as one of the implementing partners responsible for carrying out project activities across the three project provinces/cities in Central Viet Nam.

This closing video highlights key milestones throughout the project’s implementation, capturing the journey of RCI and AAI members working alongside persons with disabilities, their families, local communities, and partner organizations to improve the quality of life of persons with disabilities.

Through a wide range of interventions including healthcare services, rehabilitation, livelihood support, home modification, capacity building for local service providers and caregivers, and promoting the participation of persons with disabilities in community life, the project has contributed to meaningful and sustainable improvements across the three project areas.
